This group is specifically for people living with an ALS, PLS or PMA diagnosis. It is an opportunity to share coping strategies and build a community of support.
An email reminder will be sent to support group members with the Zoom link and instructions on how to join within a week prior to each group. If you have questions or need the link, please contact the care coordinator.
