We have created a site were you can set up your own Tribute page in the memory of your loved one. Create a Tribute page by clicking here. The purpose of this Tribute page is to give our ALS community an opportunity to celebrate the life and memory of a loved one. Your Tribute page can be used in many different ways to fit your wishes. One way to capture their memory and make an impact in the ALS community is to ask for memorial contributions to be made to their Tribute page in lieu of flowers. Loved ones can share a memory and make a donation to help The Rocky Mountain Chapter continue providing their free services for those living with ALS. You can create your own specialized page of tribute for your loved one and the Chapter staff is available to help you set this up. Email info@alsaco.org with any questions or to receive a customized shortened link to your Tribute page so you can share it with loved ones on social media or at memorial services.
